Photo: The ramp to the ice house is ready to convey ice from our pond for storage through the year. Now we just need some cold weather to freeze the pond to a depth of at least four inches, preferably more. Regardless the ice harvest program is always an active and enjoyable way to begin the Howell Farm program year. The public is invited come out on January 28 to help with this harvest.
